I was awarded an Honorary PhD in Behavior Science and Leadership Innovation, which reflects the depth of my work in human behaviour, leadership development, and transformational change.
I also hold a Master’s in Strategic Thinking, which shapes the way I approach complexity, diagnosis, leverage, and decision-making. It is a key part of why my work goes beyond surface solutions and focuses on identifying the real bottleneck.

EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE
Real-world leadership under pressure shaped this work.
At 31, I became a C-suite executive and helped organizations with employees from more than 70 countries navigate disruptive change and rapid growth.
Later, as head of the corporate university, I trained senior managers in:
- leadership
- coaching
- change
- communication
- emotional intelligence
- HRM
- strategy
That experience matters because it means this work is not abstract.
It was shaped in real environments where leadership had consequences, change had to be managed well, growth had to be sustained, and better thinking had to translate into stronger results.

The methodology behind the work
I created Meta-B to help change happen faster and at the right level.
I am the creator of Meta-B Leadership Technology, a methodology designed to rapidly identify and shift the hidden bottlenecks limiting leadership, growth, and business results.
One of the strongest differentiators of Meta-B is speed.
Because the work targets the root pattern directly, meaningful change can begin much faster than in most traditional development approaches.
Meta-B was built to close a gap I kept seeing repeatedly: people gained insight, but the costly pattern stayed active for too long.
That gap is expensive.

I am also the inventor of the world’s first Leadership Artificial Intelligence Assistant and the author of Future Ready Leadership, a book outlining the strategies leaders need to thrive in uncertainty and volatility.
