I work with founders, leaders, and organizations to identify what is really holding performance and growth back — not just at the level of strategy or systems, but at the level of the hidden patterns driving visible behaviour and results.

My work combines:

  • root-cause pattern identification
  • and a strong understanding of technology, digital change, and AI-era leverage

That mix is central to how I work.

I was awarded an Honorary PhD in Behavior Science and Leadership Innovation, which reflects the depth of my focus on human behaviour, leadership development, and transformational change. I also hold a Master’s in Strategic Thinking, which shapes the way I diagnose complexity, identify leverage points, and help clients make clearer, higher-quality decisions in business and leadership.

Alongside that, with a Master’s in eBusiness and extensive IT knowledge and experience, I bring a strong technology lens to this work as well.

That means I am not just helping people solve today’s visible problem.

I am helping them understand:

  • what it is costing
  • what must change
  • and how to become stronger, clearer, and more future-ready in a rapidly changing world
