THE COHORT

 

You train alongside experienced coaches. That is by design.

 

The founding cohort includes practicing executive coaches with years of client work behind them. They sharpen your craft. And your decades in the chair their clients sit in sharpen theirs — you have been the resistant senior leader, the newly promoted executive, the person whose behaviour the coaching was meant to change.

Format: 90 minutes of live training weekly (recorded if you miss one), plus a minimum of 90 minutes of supervised practice weekly. Practice hours are mandatory for certification.
