Is the Meta-B CertificationÂ
right for you?
A straight answer about fit — before you spend thirty minutes on a call.
FOUNDING COHORT BEGINS AUGUST 19, 2026. ENTRY BY FIT, NOT FIRST-COME.Â
_______
HOW TO USE THIS PAGEÂ
Â
This Certification is deliberatelyÂ
Not for Everyone.
This page exists so you can decide that for yourself, in about five minutes — before either of us spends thirty on a call.
Some of the strongest candidates worry they don't qualify. Some of the least suited are certain they do.
So read the three profiles. Read the section on who shouldn't book. Answer the three questions at the end. Whichever way you land will be the right answer for both of us.
_______
WHO GETS THE MOST FROM THIS
Â
Three kinds of Professionals.
You'll recognise yourself in one - or in none.
Both are useful.
The experienced coach who has felt the ceiling
You already coach. Your clients get results — and you've watched some of those results fade. The insight was real. The commitment was genuine. Six months later, the pattern is back.
And you've been in the room with a senior leader, felt the question that needed asking, and watched yourself soften it — not by decision, but because something in the room got loud first.
You don't need another framework. You need to work at the level where change actually holds — nervous system, identity, beliefs, and values — starting with your own.
YOU BRING:Â 5+ years coaching corporate or executive clients, and a professional credential (ICF or equivalent).
The senior leader building a second act
You have decades of leading behind you — the P&L, the restructurings, the people decisions that kept you up at night. Now you're moving toward coaching, deliberately. And you want your practice to carry the same weight your career did — not to be mistaken for one more generic coach with a weekend certificate.
You don't need coaching experience to be considered. Your leadership experience is the raw material; the certification builds the craft on top of it — the methodology, the precision language, the skills training, and the development of your own identity and nervous system for this new room you'll be sitting in.
You will train alongside experienced coaches. That is by design: they sharpen your craft, and your decades in the chair their clients sit in sharpen theirs.
YOU BRING:Senior leadership experience, a deliberate decision (not a hedge), and the willingness to be a beginner at the craft while being a veteran of the context.
The HR or L&D leader building it inside the organisation
You've run the programmes. You've seen the workshop scores — and you've watched the behaviour revert by the next quarter.
You're not shopping for another training. You're looking for a system your organisation can own: internal coaches certified in a complete behaviour-change methodology, shared language across the leadership population, and development that holds under the pressure your organisation actually generates.
Meta-B can be certified into your organisation — your people, trained and certified to deliver it internally.
YOU BRING:Â A mandate (or the standing to build one) and a leadership population whose development isn't holding.
_______
READ THIS BEFORE BOOKINGÂ
Â
Who should not book a call?
Â
None of these make you less capable. They make this the wrong programme — and it's better to say so here than twenty minutes into your call.
If one of these is you — no hard feelings, and the door stays open. Watch the briefing instead →
_______
THE COMMITMENT
Â
What the Certification asks of you.
Three commitments, whichever profile you are.
_______
STILL UNSURE?
Â
Three Questions.Â
Answer them straight.
Â
If you answered YES to both 2 and 3: Book the fit call below. If either 2 or 3 is a NO, read the full certification overview and come back when the answers change. No countdown here. No retargeting. The page will still be here if the answers change.
_______
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE CALL
Â
A mutual fit assessment.
Not a sales presentation.
Thirty minutes with Dr. Ram. You'll talk about where you are, what you're building, and whether the certification serves it. If it fits, you'll discuss the founding cohort terms — including the investment. If it doesn't, you'll be told directly, and pointed somewhere better where possible.
When you book, you'll answer a few short questions:
- Where you are today — coach, leader, or organisation
- What you hold — credentials, experience, mandate
- Why you're booking now

One Conversation.  A Straight Answer Anyway.
